All counselling and consultation sessions conducted through Google Meet are held in private meeting rooms accessible only to invited participants. Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed to in writing beforehand. Google Meet is an encrypted, secure video platform that complies with international privacy and data-protection standards. However, as with all online communication, complete security of transmission cannot be guaranteed. By participating in online sessions, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

By enrolling in a program, completing a form, or joining our email list, you consent to receive relevant communication from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided at the bottom of each message. Transactional or service-related emails (e.g., payment receipts or program materials) may still be sent as required.
