De-Toxic Love — Terms of Service

📌 1. Program Purpose.

De-Toxic Love provides educational and therapeutic-style relationship programs, resources, and consultations designed to support personal growth and relationship improvement. Services are informational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for individual therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention.

Our programs, including any weekly check-ins or support sessions, are psychoeducational and coaching-style in nature. They are not designed to provide diagnosis, ongoing psychotherapy, domestic and family violence services, or emergency support.

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional, medical, legal, or crisis support where needed. Please refer to the Support & Safety Guidelines for more detail on program scope and limitations.

📌 2. Eligibility.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

📌 3. Payments & Billing.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise recurring charges where applicable. Payment plans and subscriptions will continue according to the schedule agreed upon at checkout.

If a payment fails, access to course materials may be paused until the payment is successfully processed. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details remain current.

📌 4. Refund Guarantee.

De-Toxic Love offers a conditional money-back guarantee for the six-week De-Toxic Love program. To be eligible, participants must complete the program according to the scheduled weekly structure and meet all participation requirements set out in the guarantee policy.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the end of Week 6. Full eligibility criteria, participation requirements, and refund conditions are outlined in our official Money-Back Guarantee Policy , which forms part of these Terms.

📌 5. Access & Intellectual Property.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, limited licence to access program materials for personal use. All content — including videos, worksheets, text, and graphics — remains the intellectual property of De-Toxic Love and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written consent.

📌 6. Behavioural Expectations.

Participants agree to engage respectfully with all materials, facilitators, and community members. Any form of abusive, harassing, or unethical behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.

📌 7. Scheduling & Reschedules.

Session reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed appointments or late cancellations may forfeit the session fee, in line with the scheduling and rescheduling guidelines described in the program information.

📌 8. Confidentiality & Privacy.

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information shared through forms, worksheets, or consultations is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

📌 9. Online Delivery & Technical Access.

Programs are delivered through our online platform (including GoHighLevel) and video sessions via services such as Google Meet. You are responsible for maintaining your own internet connection, device access, and software updates. We are not liable for technical interruptions outside our control.

📌 10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability.

This program provides general psychoeducation and may not be suitable for couples experiencing ongoing violence, coercive control, unmanaged addiction, psychosis, or untreated severe mental health conditions. In these situations, specialised individual or domestic and family violence support is recommended.

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own emotional and physical safety, and for the safety of any children in your care. De-Toxic Love, its creators, and its facilitators are not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes that occur during or after your participation.

Participation is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time, and you agree to seek appropriate emergency, medical, legal, or therapeutic support when needed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, De-Toxic Love is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from participation in our programs or use of our materials.

📌 11. Changes to Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
