To be eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee, the program must be completed according to its six-week structure. This means:

• Complete each week's videos, exercises, and worksheets during the relevant program week.
• Attend the corresponding coaching/check-in session each week (Week 1 coaching in Week 1, Week 2 coaching in Week 2, and so on).
• Engage genuinely in the reflective process and apply the relationship tools and communication strategies throughout the program.
• If enrolled as a couple, both partners must meet these participation requirements.

Coaching sessions cannot be accumulated or deferred to later weeks to meet the eligibility requirements. Where a session needs to be rescheduled by agreement with De-Toxic Love, this will not affect eligibility.

Requests are reviewed within seven business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days.
