De-Toxic Love / Guest workshops for retreats and events

They came to get away. Help them see home differently.

They’ve made time to step away from everyday life. Give them a space to discover what they want to carry back into it, and what they might be ready to leave behind.

I’m Nissa Reynolds. I create and facilitate workshops about relationships, connection and finding a way forward. Tell me who’s coming and what you want them to experience, and I’ll shape a session for your retreat or event that gets people talking, thinking and discovering something they can take home.

Guest workshop experiences

A little less small talk. A lot more meaning.

From couples looking to reconnect to individuals navigating change, these workshops offer something for different guests and different stages of life. Explore the experiences below, or let’s create one around your retreat or event.

01 Couples / Connection

Connection Reset

A chance for couples to step out of autopilot, notice what brings them closer and make room for more of it.

Explore the workshop

Guests begin by reflecting on when they feel most connected and what tends to get lost in the pace of everyday life. Guided partner prompts help them share what they appreciate, what they miss and what they would like more of. They leave with one small connection practice they have chosen together.

02 Couples / Life transitions

Who Are We Now?

A guided experience for couples whose lives are changing and who want to be intentional about what comes next.

Explore the workshop

Each person first considers how their needs, priorities and hopes may have shifted. They then have a guided conversation about what still matters to them as a couple, what they are ready to change and what they would like to experience together. The session ends with a shared intention for their next chapter.

03 Individuals / New beginnings

After Us

A hopeful space to reconnect with yourself and imagine life beyond a relationship that has ended.

Explore the workshop

Through private reflection and optional conversation, guests explore who they are outside the relationship and which parts of themselves they want to rediscover. They consider what to carry forward, what to release and one choice they can make for themselves now. No one is required to share their personal story with the group.

04 Wellness / Personal growth

Boundaries, Choice & the Life You Want

A practical workshop for guests who are ready to make more room for their own needs, priorities and choices.

Explore the workshop

Guests identify where they feel stretched too thin and look at the difference between caring for others and taking responsibility for everything. They practise wording a boundary in a way that feels clear and authentic, then choose one realistic change to put into practice after the retreat.

For retreat and event organisers

An experience that belongs at your event.

Tell me who’s coming, what your retreat is about and what you’d love guests to leave with. I’ll recommend a workshop from the collection or shape a session around your theme. All you need to start is an idea of your dates, location and guest group.

Choose your focus

Start with an existing workshop or bring an idea you’d like to explore with your guests.

Find your format

A focused 60 or 90 minute session, a half day, or a series that carries a theme through your retreat or event.

Make room for everyone

Guests can take part without sharing private details with the group. Reflection and conversation are always guided.

Meet the facilitator

Hi, I’m Nissa.

I’m the founder of De-Toxic Love, an accredited social worker, relationship counsellor and sex therapist. I help people recognise the patterns they’ve fallen into, see choices they didn’t know they had, and reconnect with who they want to be.

My approach is warm, direct and practical. I know how to make room for subjects people often find hard to talk about without making the experience feel heavy. There’s space for humour, quiet reflection and those moments when something familiar suddenly makes sense.

Guests are invited to take part without pressure to disclose personal experiences. They leave with something they’ve learned about themselves and a way to put it into practice.
